1. What insurance plans does MountainTop accept?

2. If I do not carry insurance, may I still receive treatment? What is the cost?
Yes. In the state of Utah, physical therapists have "direct access," which means that you can go to PT without seeing a physician first. Your therapist will determine if additional medical care is needed and guide your choice to the correct practioner. The cost per treatment is determined upon your individual therapeutic needs.
