Overview

MountainTop Physical Therapy is a progressive, outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic located in Park City, Utah.  We have been in business since 2002 and work closely with all of the Park City (and many Salt Lake) orthopedists, physiatrists, family practice doctors, and other health care professionals to enhance your health and fitness.  We have a highly trained and passionate team consisting of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, exercise scientists, fitness trainers and massage therapists.  We look forward to helping you with whatever your goals are in regards to rehabilitation or fitness training.  We want to make your experience with us something that will be rewarding to you and seriously enhance your quality of life.

We will carefully evaluate your condition and develop a plan of care to help you overcome pain, stiffness, swelling, weakness, etc and then gradually ramp up a conditioning program for you that helps you be comfortable doing exercises that you could do at home or within the gym setting.

Our new larger facility offers a New SwimEx aquatic therapy pool with a built-in Woodway treadmill that allows the best aquatic rehab available. Our patients can walk on the underwater treadmill, swim against the current, or use the many built-in work stations for a variety of squats and lunges with excellent strengthening capacity while maximally unloading compromised or recovering joints and spine.

We work with most insurances and we will call to check on your benefits and help you understand if you have a deductible, copayment, or coinsurance.  We also work off of a self-pay basis if insurance is not available.

We want to help you attain the highest level of health and conditioning possible and look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your family.

Swim-Ex has played an extremely important role in my early recovery from a broken ankle! Before I could bear weight, I was able to build my muscles and stay in shape through the resistance from the underwater current. Also, I could start walking on the underwater treadmill to build my confidence. Because I did this, walking on dry ground was much easier. With the help of Swim-Ex and my wonderful physical therapist, Preston Hall, I will be back to playing volleyball more quickly than I thought to be possible!

Thanks, Mountain Top Physical Therapy!
